How much does a website cost?
Every project is different, so every price is too. What shapes it is how many pages you need, whether people need to book, buy or log in, and how much of the writing and photography you want me to help with. I work on my own, so there are no account managers or agency overheads in what you pay. Tell me what you need and I will give you an honest figure before you commit to anything.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size of the job. After our first conversation I will give you a realistic date, and if something is going to take longer I will tell you straight away.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. That is the whole point. I explain things in plain words and look after the technical parts.
Will people find my website on Google?
I build every site so search engines can understand it, with clear pages, fast loading and sensible writing, and I can set up your Google Business Profile so you show up on the map. Nobody honestly promises a number one spot, but I will set you up properly and tell you what helps.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can, and for some people that is the right choice. If you would rather spend your time on your business than learning a website builder, or you need something a builder cannot do, that is where I come in.
Can you look after my website once it is live?
Yes. I can handle hosting, updates, security and any changes you want, so you never have to think about it.
